Our Chef, Eric Rocha, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and a native San Antonian, lights the stage & sets the gourmet food agenda. His passion and love for gourmet cooking is not only apparent in the menu entrees he has created for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also in the beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious and memorable taste of each dish.
